La Jolla walk thru town and by the water
Easy to follow – not too long with some interesting facts. The walk by the water is part of the tour and is beautiful. If you have time, this is an easy way to guide you and learn about the town.

    Spring break
Listening to the tour at our own pace! And getting in a workout at the same time :-). A side note: the only reason I didn’t give it a five star , I was having issues with guided tour on my android phone. I had to share earpods with my daughter using her apple phone. Other than that it was an amazing audio guided tour.

Self guided Tour using own phones
Tour information was excellent and presenter was easy to understand. Would highly recommend and will use again. Areas that could be improved: There is a learning curve to any new process. It would be helpful if there was some way to practice rather then standing on the sidewalk in the middle of the city. Need better starting directions. Use building numbers to insure going in the right direction. Tour did cut out for some reason (apps on my phone maybe or loss of signal). It was not clear how to handle this situation. We started app from beginning and clicked on the marker for where we lost the signal. Biggest issue for us was that we each had the app on our phone and they were not in sync. One person would stop walking to listen and others were hearing nothing. Didn’t know if app had quit or just was delayed for some reason. Using bluetooth with one phone and ear buds would have been much better. Still, all in all it was a great way to learn at our own pace and hope the technology can overcome these few problems to make it even better in the future.

    Photo Ops Galore!
I had the pleasure of enjoying this audio tour over the holidays and thoroughly enjoyed it every step of the way! There is so much history and natural beauty in the area and what a treat to have it told to you by a La Jolla native! If you’re in the San Diego area and looking to take in the beauty of the shore and a little history then this is a great option.

    Fun audio walking tour!
This tour was perfect – it was well narrated, easy to navigate and would take you back on course if you go off course (which I typically do easily). I learned a lot and can’t wait to use more of the tours in other places!
